Experience of making the film properties

Film properties are inconspicuous, but they play an important part in a film set. Label of a bottle, signboard, coaster are considered as film properties. The participants will enjoy the experience of making the properties for the films that is going to be made soon. What the participants make here will be used as properties in a film, and the names of child participants will be contained in credit titles under the name of “the persons in charge of making film properties.”

①It’s the first experience of new technology in Japan!

“IBC” is the very latest technology “Image Based Capture” where eight cameras enable us to instantly create computer graphics after we take a photograph of an object. Thereafter it is possible to make those CG characters appear in a game or in a film and move them. This system that might realize our dream of participating in a film in the future is exhibited in this festival for the first time in the world. Why don’t you turn yourself into CG character?

②You will be a movie star!! Experience of chroma key

Chroma key is a composite technology and is used for TV programs. When you stand in front of a special blue cloth, your background disappears and it’s possible to compound a beautiful piece of scenery and your favorite picture into one scene. In this workshop, chroma key offers an experience of your appearance in a film. After the participants have their picture taken, it will be compounded with another shot. The participants will get their own picture at the end of this experience. Enjoy this great opportunity that enables you to fly in the air, become a giant and destroy the town, jump into fire, and dive into the water. You will never have such an experience anywhere else.
