NOTES

After selling his genius invention to a venture capitalist [Fan Wei], Qin Fen [Ge You] became a millionaire overnight. The “eligible bachelor” then embarks a journey of seeking his “Miss Right”. He begins to see various faces of the human world 窶錀 some comic, some tragic - as he meets with people of various backgrounds and mindsets. Qin Fen finally sets his heart on a woman called Liang Xiaoxiao [Shu Qi]. However, the beauty is in love with a married man. How should Qin Fen capture her heart? After a few dramatic twists during his pursuit, will he finally win her heart and together open a new chapter of their lives?

Director	Feng Xiao Gang
Profile	Feng directed his first film “Gone Forever with My Love” and began his filmmaking career in 1994. In 2000's, “Big Shot’s Funeral” and “Cell Phone” were nation-wide hits and have established his fame as “king of comedies” in China. Between 2006 and 2007, he began to take on different film genres and directed. The period drama “Banquet” pushed Feng’s box office record to a new high to $16.6mil. “Assembly”, the war film he made in 2007, won him critical acclaims as well as new box records. The film is seen as the first commercial war film in China and its box office gross reached $33mil. The film is also a winner of 4 awards at the 29th Golden Rooster Awards.
